Unlike our competitors, we do not time record or work on an hourly rate basis. We do all of our work on fixed fee arrangements which allows us to tailor fees to suit each transaction and our structure means the decision making process is streamlined and efficient.
Our approach to fees ensures that we are incentivised to conclude matters as efficiently as possible and there is no excessive delegation to less experienced lawyers.
All of our lawyers, including those operating in a specialist area, have a real understanding of transactional work which means providing not just technically correct advice but also advice which is commercial and solutions driven.
